Pastor Antonio Owens
The vision for the Tampa Bay Region, was born from a deep desire in the heart of Pastor Antonio Owens to see churches strengthened, leaders equipped, and communities transformed through the power of Jesus Christ. What began as a commitment to serve and support local ministries has grown into a regional movement focused on unity, leadership development, and lasting community impact throughout the Tampa Bay area.
Pastor Antonio Owens carries a passion to equip pastors, develop emerging leaders, and support churches as they effectively minister to their communities. His heart is to see believers love God wholeheartedly, lead people with integrity and purpose, and transform communities through the power and presence of Jesus Christ. Together, the region is committed to building strong churches, raising effective leaders, and advancing the Kingdom of God across the region.

Day one is about grounding in the art of floral design. From tool basics to flower care and composition theory, you’ll start to develop your creative.
Day 2
With the basics under your belt, today invites you to stretch your skills. We'll dive into larger-scale arrangements, experiment with shape and movement.
Day 3
Our final day is about pulling it all together. You’ll bring your vision to life in a final showcase piece, share your process with peers.
